Q: How much does GotVoice Enterprise cost?
A: $9.95 per month per user for 40 Voicemails converted to text and digital audio. If you reach your monthly cap of 40 message transcriptions, additional messages will be billed at $0.25 each. Your account is fully configurable to allow you to manage your overage settings.
Q: Is there a price break for volume users of GotVoice?
A: There is a price discount above 100 users. Please contact us for more details.
Q: How long does it take to setup GotVoice for my office/PBX phone?
A: Typical setup time is 1-2 business days.
Q: Are any hardware or software changes needed for GotVoice?
A: No, GotVoice interacts seamlessly with any PBX or office phone and voicemail service.
Q: Does GotVoice support existing or older PBX systems?
A: Yes, GotVoice can support any office PBX phone system.
Q: Does GotVoice support VoIP or IP-PBX phone systems?
A: Yes.
NOTE: If your office voicemail is already sent to your email inbox as a digital audio file (WAV or MP3), you can sign up directly for the GotVoice 14-day Trial. Please select “VOIP / Digital Phone” as your ‘Voicemail Type’, and “Forward via Email” as the ‘Provider’.
Q: Can I add my Home and/or Mobile Phone?
A: Yes, you can add up to 3 phones to your GotVoice account, but only one PBX extension may be included in a GotVoice account. NOTE: Home answering machines are not supported.
Q: Do I have to contact my IT department to setup GotVoice?
A: No, only on very rare occasions is anyone else needed to help set up GotVoice for your office phone.
Q: Can GotVoice support phones outside the US?
A: No, at this point GotVoice only works with US phones.
Q: Does GotVoice support languages other than English?
A: No, at this point GotVoice only supports English.
Q: What is the length of voicemail message GotVoice will convert to text?
A: GotVoice accepts messages of any length, but will convert only the first 60 seconds to text. Please note that over 90% of all voicemails are below 60 seconds in length.
